Hello! It’s lovely to meet you. We are Tipi Wedding Co! A family-owned giant tipi duo working across the East Midlands and surrounding areas. We hire our amazing tipis for fun, relaxed outdoor weddings and events.

Based in Nottinghamshire, we’re in a wonderfully central location to offer our incredible tipi hire service in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Cambridgeshire, Warwickshire and many other surrounding areas.

We offer all inclusive tipi wedding packages, whether you’ve got your own land ready to go or booking your dream outdoor wedding venue. We would love to be a part of your tipi wedding day. 

Why Us?

Here at Tipi Wedding Company, we are all about the personalised experience. We are a small, husband and wife business – which we (and our couples) love. Choosing a small business like ours for your day means two dedicated, real people to get to know and use our expertise in the lead up to your day. We planned our own tipi wedding, so we’re here to help you too!

Our packages are all inclusive, so we don’t charge per table, per bench, per firepit. Everything from your furniture and fairylights to garden games and bunting is included as standard.

A site visit before the day is included with our packages, where Kyle will visit your venue to talk location and have a chat about your day in person.

 Whenever you email us, it will be us – Sophie or Kyle – on the other end. We want to get to personally get to know you and your wedding day. 

We aren’t a large corporation with 20 tipis going in and out every few days. Our 4 giant hats are extremely well cared for by our tight knit set up team, ensuring ensure our product is of the highest quality and build.

You’ll have access to our awesome, interactive floor planning tool to design your tipi layout exactly how you imagine! Drag ang drop furniture and extras as you please.

We’re also wedding photographers, so have attended more weddings than anyone you know! We are full of knowledge and also offer a discount at Sophie Ann Photography if you fancy us capturing your day too!

Festival Wedding Experts

Tipis are for couples who are searching for a wow-factor blank canvas. Marquee weddings may feel too formal or outdated, or maybe you already have your heart set on that DIY festival wedding day. They provide an outdoor wedding experience, whilst also ensuring you and your guests are warm and dry, no matter the weather.

Tipis, teepees, giant hats – whatever you may call them – are also the home of the WEDFEST.

Wedfest, short for festival wedding – is an epic theme creating a colourful, relaxed and fun setting to celebrate your day. We love seeing how people transform the tipis into their own mini Glastonbury!

A wedding breakfast doesn’t have to be a sit down meal – bring in a food truck! Formal seating plans might not be your vibe, so hire in some hay bales or have picnic blankets outside. Fancy camping as your wedding party comes to a close? Bell tents are the perfect option to create a wedding weekend.
